— ONLY 10 SPOTS AVAILABLE

You know AI could make your work better as a PMM, but the hard part is figuring out how.

You’ve tried the tools, watched the tutorials, and downloaded Skills that looked impressive. Some of them help. But the advice is often scattered, and much of it still produces generic results because AI doesn’t understand your company, your customers, or the judgment your role as a PMM requires.

And when you’re the only PMM or part of a lean team, you also don’t have time to chase every new tool, piece together disconnected ideas, or build a complicated system from scratch. So you experiment when you can, but often walk away frustrated, wondering whether you are making real progress or going in circles.

This is where many experienced PMMs get stuck. They use AI around the edges of their roles, but never develop the confidence or consistency to apply it to the work that matters most.

Over time, those experiments begin to cost more time than they save. Time that could have gone toward better research, sharper positioning, stronger messaging, and more thoughtful go-to-market decisions.

As I build AI workflows for my own work and helped other experienced PMMs build theirs, I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people were collecting scattered ideas and wondering why they still felt behind. They needed a structured way to build, practice, and get feedback alongside people who understood the work.

That’s why I created the AI PMM Academy: the only applied AI program built specifically for PMMs.

The Academy combines proven product marketing practices with hands-on building and direct mentorship to help you build AI workflows grounded in how strong product marketing actually works. Every module begins with the PMM thinking and business problem, then layers AI onto the work.

Over 11 weeks, you’ll build useful workflows around your real role and company. Each one adds context, structure, and capability to what came before, so you finish with several connected workflows or one larger system you can immediately integrate into your daily work and continue to improve and scale.

“With Yi Lin’s guidance, I built an AI-powered workflow that I presented to our leadership team, where it received significant praise. Other teams began adopting it, which allowed me to build additional workflows and help shape how AI is used across the organization. I went from experimenting with AI on my own to creating systems that helped entire teams work more effectively and consistently.

Yi Lin brings together deep product marketing expertise, genuine empathy as a coach, and practical AI strategy. If you’re a PMM who wants to move beyond experimenting with AI and become someone who can create meaningful business impact with it, I can’t recommend Yi Lin and this program highly enough.”

Built by Someone Who Knows the Work

Hi, I’m Yi Lin. I've led 3 product marketing teams, advised startups and scaling companies, helped companies hire PMMs, and coached over 400 individual PMMs and leaders as they build stronger strategies, careers, and AI workflows. I've also been recognized as an Exit Five Top 25 Marketing Voice and a three-time PMA Top 100 Product Marketing Influencer.

This program brings together what I've learned from doing the work, teaching the craft, and seeing where experienced PMMs get stuck repeatedly.

Meet Your Mentors

In addition to learning directly from me as the lead instructor, you’ll be mentored by in-house PMM leaders who understand the realities of working in lean, fast-moving companies like yours.

Natalie Marcotullio

HEAD OF GROWTH + PRODUCT MARKETING, NAVATTIC

Natalie is a startup marketing leader whose experience spans product marketing, growth, operations, and business strategy. A two-time head of marketing, she has built and scaled teams and implemented connected AI workflows across the marketing stack. Her breadth gives her a rare understanding of how the entire business works together and where AI can create meaningful leverage. She brings the operator’s mindset we want participants to develop: looking beyond individual tasks to build smarter systems that improve how teams decide and execute.

Michael Hetrik

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MARKETING, META INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY

Mike brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering and product marketing. He led Cube’s shift into agentic analytics, helping grow inbound fourfold, and previously led the global PMM team for Tableau’s $1 billion enterprise analytics platform at Salesforce. Now leading marketing at Meta Integration Technology, he builds AI workflows for his own PMM work. His mix of technical depth, enterprise experience, and narrative instinct helps participants turn complex products and processes into practical systems.

Mara Taylor

SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, KENJO

Mara has built product marketing from the ground up in two very different environments: within Personio’s scaled, high-growth PMM organization and as the founding PMM at Kenjo. As a lean in-house leader, she has developed AI-native systems that connect product marketing across the broader go-to-market organization, turning a high volume of launches, inputs, and cross-functional requests into a more coordinated, repeatable operating engine.

Designed for Experienced In-House PMMs Who Want to Create More Strategic Leverage

THE ACADEMY WILL BE ESPECIALLY VALUABLE IF:

  • You’re a Senior PMM, Principal PMM, PMM Lead, or Director, often working as the only PMM or on a lean team

  • You want AI to make you a stronger product marketer and leader, beyond simply producing more work

  • You’re ready to build around your own role, company, and business context

  • You learn best by doing and want feedback from experienced operators along the way

If you’re earlier in your PMM career, focused primarily on prompt libraries, or looking to build highly technical multi-agent applications, the program may be less aligned with what you need right now.

01

Build Your AI Foundation

Create the foundation AI needs to understand your work, your company, and the way you make decisions. You'll start with a useful personal workflow, then build the context layer that makes everything else in the program more relevant and reliable.

WEEK 01Foundations + Personal Productivity
+

Learn the mental model that guides the full program and how Claude Cowork (or similar systems) fits into your day-to-day work. You'll use connectors, projects, scheduled tasks and skills to build your first personal productivity workflow.

You'll build: A practical first system that helps you organize work, reduce friction, or manage your priorities more effectively.
WEEK 02Context Layer
+

Build the foundation that helps AI understand your company, including your ICP, personas, positioning, and voice principles. You'll also see how an in-house marketing leader has created a connected marketing brain and begin developing your own.

You'll build: The first version of your company context layer and connected marketing brain.
WEEK 03 · BUILD WEEKBuild Week + Office Hours
+

Bring your early workflows, blockers, and half-built systems into a live working session. Troubleshoot what isn't working, strengthen your foundation, and get direct feedback from mentors and peers.

You'll leave with: A more reliable foundation and a clear plan for what to build next.
02

Apply AI Across the PMM Craft

Strengthen the PMM thinking behind research, positioning, content development and launches, then identify where AI can improve the quality, consistency, and scalability of the work. Each pillar gives you another set of building blocks to apply to your own system.

WEEK 04 · PILLARResearch & Insights
+

Learn best practices for customer, competitive, and market research, including how to identify meaningful signals and turn them into stronger decisions. Then examine where AI can accelerate the work, where it introduces risk, and where your judgment needs to lead.

You'll build: The first version of an AI-supported research workflow grounded in a real business question.
WEEK 05 · BUILD WEEKBuild Week + Office Hours
+

Develop your research workflow during a live working session. Test the quality of its inputs and outputs, resolve blockers, and get feedback based on your actual research needs.

You'll leave with: A stronger, more reliable research workflow or reusable research component for your larger system.
WEEK 06 · PILLARPositioning & Messaging
+

Learn positioning as an alignment process, from gathering research and preparing inputs to facilitating decisions, documenting the outcome, and testing it. Identify the focused places where AI can support that process while preserving the judgment and discussion that make positioning effective.

You'll build: A workflow supporting one high-value part of your positioning process, which you'll carry into messaging activation the following week.
WEEK 07 · PILLARMessaging Activation & Content Development
+

Translate positioning into clear, consistent messaging across landing pages, pitch decks, launch communications, and long-form content. Build the context and guardrails AI needs to support activation while maintaining accuracy, specificity, and your company's voice.

You'll build: A repeatable messaging activation workflow connected to your positioning foundation.
WEEK 08 · BUILD WEEKBuild Week + Office Hours
+

Pressure-test your positioning or messaging workflow with mentors and peers. Identify where the context, process, or guardrails need to improve, then refine the system using real work from your role.

You'll leave with: A more dependable workflow you can use in your day-to-day PMM work.
WEEK 09 · PILLARGTM & Launches
+

Build a more intentional launch process for an environment where releases happen frequently and not every launch requires the same level of support. Learn how to prioritize, bundle, sequence, and coordinate launches, then determine where AI can strengthen planning and execution.

You'll build: The foundation of a launch workflow tailored to your company's release volume, priorities, and GTM process.
WEEK 10 · BUILD WEEKBuild Week + Office Hours
+

Connect your marketing brain, personal productivity system, and PMM workflows into a more cohesive way of working. Resolve remaining gaps with mentors and decide what you want to bring to the final showcase.

You'll leave with: Several useful workflows or one connected system, plus a clear plan for continuing to improve it.
03

Demonstrate What You Built

One week to prove it holds up against your actual role, not a hypothetical one.

WEEK 11 · CAPSTONECapstone Showcase
+

Show how your system applies to your real role and company. You may present one complete PMM workflow, a collection of smaller connected workflows, or a larger system you developed throughout the program. You'll explain the business problem you chose, how your system works, and where human judgment remains essential. You'll receive final feedback from the instructor team and leave with a practical system you can continue improving, using, and scaling after the program.
